Let's preface this post by saying this week was excellent work wise but horrible workout wise. I started with good intentions but there wasn't enough time in the day and the weather was erratic and crazy.
These are not excuses. It just is what it is. Good thing I started this plan early. I had all these weeks to get going. Once the new year starts that's when everything really starts to matter.

This by far is my worst week. I don't regret it though. It was such a good week in other respects. I got loads accomplished, including an excellent new year's recap tomorrow. I also got crafty and created something I found on Pinterest, more details to come.
With the holidays over, things should get back to normal. We don't do anything crazy during the New Year. We reflect and look back on the year. We also take some time to think about what we would like to accomplish in the new year. I have a huge feeling 2013 will be awesome. I have so many plans.
