This has been another good week running wise. The workouts were a bit on the crappy side. Last Sunday when I decided to go roller skating, I neglected to mention that I fell and busted my arse. I was doing all types of snazzy tricks and my wheels got caught and I flew forward. It was no biggie. I have bruises on my forearm/wrist and both of my knees.
Although I feel fine, the bruises made it a bit difficult to do planks, push ups and anything else that required putting weight on my hand.
Here is the workout breakdown:
Jan. 7 - Coaching class did some light weights and walking with the class.
Jan. 8 - Track 2.5 miles (first time I wasn't sore the next day)
Jan. 9 - 3.14 mile run
Jan. 10 - Off
Jan. 11- JM video (although done half-assed because my bruises)
Jan. 12 - 3 mile run
Jan. 13 -Off
The best part about all of this is I am FINALLY starting to see some leaning out! Yes!! I checked my measurements on Saturday and I am down 3 pounds and my fat percentage went from a 34 point something to 32.8. Can I get a woot woot?! :)
