Operation Lean Out WK# 11

Here is a quickie post on how my workouts went this week. This weekend was hectic and I didn't get much computer time. I have loads of work to get done today.

Here is a rundown of how my workouts went:

Feb. 11 - Coaching class (did some running and light weights)

Feb. 12 - Track 2.5-miles
Feb. 13 - off
Feb. 14 - Strength workout
Feb. 15 - 3 miles
Feb. 16 - off
Feb. 17 - 3 miles

My shins are almost healed up. I have been getting loads of compliments from people who haven't seen me in awhile that I am looking good. I must be doing something right! :)

I have to buy a new battery for my scale. Hopefully, I should have an update on the measurements next week.

Also, I owe you a recap of my coaching certification, however one of my classmates will be writing up a plan to prepare me for Iron Girl in April. We are all practicing on each other. She will be including a weekly tempo workout for me. This will be the first time I do tempo ever. Should be interesting.

Hope you all have a great week. Back to work I go!

  1. Looks like you are managing to get some rest between workouts! What did you do for your strength routine?

    1. I went to the gym in my apartment complex. I go with a friend. We hit up each machine do 8 reps of heavy weights for two sets. And we also do the NTC app ab workout. I hope this week to do a bit more strength and go back to my Jillian Michaels videos twice a week.

  4. Woo hoo! You're doing awesome. Tempos are hard at first, but it's the good kind of pain where you know you're getting better. Makes it worth it :)
