Here is this week's breakdown:
March 4 - Some light running with my class
March 5 - 2.5 miles @ track
March 6 - 0.5 miles with a dog and 2 miles on my own (easy day)
March 7 - 1.5 miles tempo (ran out of time) + strength
March 8 - Off
March 9 - 7 miles long run
march 10 - 12 miles on bicycle and 1 mile run for a brick workout
This week I am so grateful that I have finally recovered from being sick. I can run without gasping for air.
The only workout that didn't end up right was my tempo. I needed to cut it short because I had to take the kiddo to tumbling. Otherwise, I hit all my target workouts and paces. I still owe you all a post on my coaching certification. But I will say, one of my classmates wrote a practice plan for me to help me PR for Iron Girl. Yup I said it, I want to PR. I don't know if it will happen but that is my A-goal.
Either way, I have been following her plan and she did an amazing job on putting it together. It has given me that extra boost of confidence I need to make my A-goal.
My workout goal for this week, will be to actually incorporate some of the Jillian Michael's video back into the routine. I think that's why I have stalled a bit on the leaning out. The goal this week is to do two days of JM and one day of strength in addition to all my runs.
